Education Quality Assessment
Different concepts of quality in education can be considered. For this reason, quality can be assessed from different perspectives. The present work is intended to explain how the author would gather empirical information from a Secondary school based on two different assessments: compliance to total quality management system versus academic results obtained by students.
Social abilities development in the classroom: public speaking anxiety management with Secondary students
After analyzing classroom anxiety from different perspectives, paying special attention to foreing language learning anxiety, the author has worked with different groups of Bachillerato their problems when speaking in front of the class. Factors and consequences have been studied, and some techniques have been applied in order to give students tools to manage their anxiety.
